complete and comprehensive web site development. Prior to the
development of your company's site, we will meet with you for
a full consultation to assess your needs and work with you to
create preliminary ideas for your site. Each site is custom designed
to best showcase each business. We encourage you to look at sites

Single Web Page $150
Custom
Designed single web page with graphical elements, photos, logo
and placement of copy. Includes listing page with search engines.
Maximum design time 3 hours. $150
5 Page - Entry Level
Site $525
Custom
designed entry level site with 5 Pages, 10 custom graphic elements,
5 photos, unlimited links, and placement of copy. Includes listing
page with search engines. Maximum design time 10 hours.
10 Page - Small Business
Site $850
Custom
designed small business site with 10 pages, up to 20 custom graphic
elements, scanning of 10 photos, unlimited links, one contact
form, copy placement and listing with search engines. Maximum
design time 18 hours.
25 Page - Basic Business
Site $1550
Custom
designed basic business site includes: up to 25 pages, up to
40 custom designed graphic elements, 20 scanned photos, placement
of copy, two custom forms, submission of site to search engines
with 60 day monitoring of listings. Maximum design time 40 hours.
Above packages include
consultation with with the client.
* Some sites with
advanced graphical elements require additional design time above
the packaged prices. Additional time will be billed at $45 an
hour.

Packages
Agent,
Broker or Real Estate Agency web sites: Purchase a " Small
Business Site" or " Basic Business Site" and add
single sales listings for only $19.50 per page and single rental
listings for only $22.50 each.
